I have been playing basketball for over 20 years (lol), and as an Athlete you have to weight train to be stronger faster and healthy, I am lifting now because i want to push my body beyond its limits and over come!

I love it because for that time i spend in the gym, i have no stress or worries, its just me and the gym, and because i know i can be better than what I already am, so why not go over and beyond the rest!
