It was while I was in Bangkok , Thailand in Nov 2011 I realized how much fat I had put on. Looked so ugly in the pics. Used to get tired very fast while travelling. Then on Nov 20,2011 while I was in MBK Mall in Bangkok I saw a well built foreigner. It was at that time I made up my mind to not only loose weight but to have six pack abs. That well built foreigner was like a god sent angel who changed my life totally. It changed my lifestyle. I was 90 kg that time and now I am 72 kg. I don't have six packs but I am determined to have them.

Workout makes me fit. Makes me look good. I love the compliments I get after I have lost weight.
