My Sr year of undergrad was very stressful. The transition to becoming what i thought was "grown up" was overwhelming. 335lbs later i found myself depressed with my looks and i felt like i had lost myself. I started my transformation by doing weight watchers for 10 months where i lost the weight that i put on during that time plus a few extra. During that time regliously followed the plan and added extensive cardio plan to my every day routine. Since then i have decided to continue my transformation and include reducing body fat percentage and toning.

I love the person i am when i work out. I feel alive and in control of my body.
