I worked out off and on for a few years but always felt lost. One day, I went on youtube and found a video of DLB hitting chest and that's when it all changed for me. I decided I wanted to get back to the gym and become strong and awesome.

I love bodybuilding because it doesn't discriminate. I see people of all ages, body types, or even disabled- still killing it in the gym. I love that I always feel great after a workout and seeing myself change over time.
