Fitness was never really my thing. At least hardcore fitness. Even in the Marine Corps (Semper Fi) I wasn't completely focused on fitness but rather maintaining the standard. I think as the years went by, I found myself more and more vulnerable to injury and that worries me. Instead of being a worrier, I became a problem solver, a doer, I became someone who makes fitness a priority because it should be, not because it has to be.
Why I Love it
I love fitness because after it is all said I done, I feel like a million bucks. To be truthful, I'm not looking to be the next Arnold, but to be a better me than yesterday.
