I started lifting when I was 15 because I wanted to be like my older brother. It quickly turned into an obsession/passion. I've been lifting ever since but didn't truly figure out what I was doing till about 3 years ago, when I went from 140 when I ate a huge breakfast, to 175 on a cutting day in a little over a year. I'm a Physical Therapist Assistant now, as well as a church high school small group leader, and it's my goal to lead my clients and students by example by living out a healthy/proactive lifestyle.
I love working out because there's no better feeling than eating clean and working hard in the gym. If you don't know how that feels then try it out and tell me if you don't feel better than you ever have. I love to lead by example and show that you can go from lean and having trouble putting on weight, to still lean but packing on muscle every day. Plus being in the gym for at least an hour a day gives me plenty of time to listen to Taylor Swift daily, haha.
