Started a training program 2 1/2 years ago. First a fat loss plan, then a lean muscle building plan. I was lean and fit and felt great. Then had surgery and since then haven't been able to stay committed to a program or shall I say the clean eating portion of the program, so ultimately I've gained some inches back. I am now restarting my fat loss program a second time with the determination to get as awesome results as the first time around!

Resistance training makes me feel fit and strong.
