i love staying fit,,i guess its become a kind of addiction
i did regular gymimng for a long time,,then i switched to p90x and insanity with little modifications,,it gave me amazing results to stay fit, which included strength and stamina that i did not had when i was just into plain gymming
since july 2013 i followed kris gethin 12 week routine. it did good but it took much more time then i liked, somehow it felt slow and i found my core area wast as good as before,,,
so now i am going back to my old routine,, i feel that to stay strong and fit, crossfit, 90x etc with heavy weights on weight days, are much more effective then just hitting the old or new fashioned wight lifting,,but if one wants to be super buff and into competitive stuff then there is no alternative to the gymming the way that it has been.
its become a regular thing for me,,,call it passion, addiction whatever,,its the only thing that i have been doing for long time though the goals have changed as i have grown
