Use to go to the gym daily, got into a relationship that I tried to save and just couldn't... Started eating badly again, gained weight and then had a horrible break up. I need to get my head and body back in the game. I absolutely hate myself when I don't work out and I turn to food for comfort! I've struggled with an eating disorder for over 20 years and I just want to be healthier. I lost my mother last year after a 16 year battle with cancer that left me bitter and sad. I think one of the major downfalls of my last relationship was that both of us got busy and stopped working out. I've recently gotten my sister back to the gym and I'm very proud of her!

I feel invincible when I've completed my workout.
