Once upon a time, I knew very little about nutrition and exercise. I turned 25 and my body began to change. My metabolism slowed down, food was affecting me differently, and I was gaining weight fast. One day I looked in the mirror and realized I was a completely different person than I wanted to be physically, mentally, and spiritually. I decided to make a change. I read, researched, networked, and did all I could to learn about what it was going to take to get where I wanted to be. I put in time and A LOT of dedication and hard work to reach my goals. I ultimately was able to make positive lifestyle changes that helped me grow mentally and spiritually, and also helped me achieve my fitness goals. In 2014 I was fortunate enough to become a mother, and am now on a new journey learning to balance life, motherhood, and fitness!
