I injured myself in basketball, so I started weight lifting to help heal my calf's. I started to see my body change really fast.

I love the feeling, being able to escape life and just do my thing. I also love to help people and to see them grow is breathtaking for me to see. I have been an athlete for many years and its awesome that anyone can get into fitness.
