I was 16 years old when i started. Since i was passing through difficult times having this eating disorder called "Anorexia" going from depression to feeling really uncomfortable with myself of my look, I joined the gym as a hobby to do tons of cardio to lose weight which that was my goal at that time. I was 100 pounds and thought i was fat. CRAZY. The funny thing is that once i joined i was seeing women with amazing bodies, muscular ladies looking really sexy and there is when i said to myself "i want to be like them" so, here is when my journey started. I started doing my own research, educating myself watching videos on you tube, and going online to bodybuilding.com to look for workouts and watch stories of what these women do etc. So, i started doing my own thing at that time and i loved it more when i finally started seeing changes in my body. Going from anorexic to a better healthy looking. That is what got me really motivated into this sport and now i enjoy motivating people around the world teaching them ways of how to live a better active and healthy lifestyle and that continues being my goal.
