I got started when I was 16 at OMNI Fitness in Middleburg Hts, Ohio, Then I moved to Lee Haney's Animal Kingdom trained there 7 years. Then moved to Indiana where I trained at Cardinal fitness, Great Gym. Now I train with my sons and daughters at the rec center in Strongsville.

The satisfaction of pushing yourself and accomplishing things you never thought would be possible. I also like the discipline that comes with lifting that carries into all aspects of life.
