I started my journey at a staggering 395 pounds! I couldn't tie my own shoe laces and my belly rubbed the steering wheel in my car. I couldn't walk very far or up stairs without my chest feeling so heavy! One day I asked for help at my local gym, and it changed my life completely! Once I started losing weight, it became something that I loved. I have been working with the best personal trainer and she has kept me motivated and has held me accountable.I had no control what so ever before, especially with my eating & I never went to the gym. I love to now be able to help people who aren't sure where to begin, because a little less than a year ago, I had no idea what to do. Now I have a current plan to keep working on my fitness because I do have a ways to go, and then I would love to become a personal trainer so I can change lives the way mine has been changed! It goes to show that ANYONE can do this with a little hard work and determination!
It helps me with my depression and anxiety for sure! After I'm done with a workout, I always feel my best! Plus, I love seeing the changes in my body and doing things that I couldn't even dream of doing before!
