I was always fit and trim in my youth and through my way early adulthood. I worked out a little in group formation while I was in the Navy. I was even fit and trim after my first baby in 2008. I liked to run, but not for testing purposes. I hate going to the gym, because I feel like I dont belong and I dont know what im doing. I hate being fat more though. so I joined a group that works out three days a week and love it. I just need to stay motivated and focused to achieve my goals.
I do not love to work out. I do not mind sweating a little though. Actually I'd rather do manual labor in my yard than lift weights. However. I like results. I like the idea of a body transformation. And thats what I'm after now. A total body transformation. Loose weight and fat and get tone and stonger. I have two kids and they need me to be able to chase them and keep up with them when they are bigger. Oh, and the next time I get pregnant, I do not want to break 200lbs. so, gotta ditch some of this thyroid weight before that happens. :)
