When I was younger I use to lift weights with my brother! I was enjoying it! But this was a time period when women were not allowed to look "bulky" this was in 1997. I noticed my lats were getting nice and big and decided to quite lifting weights. I was already a big intimidating woman and did not want to become more intimidating. Fast Forward to 2012. I decided I wanted to lift weight again. I knew that my husband did not mind at all if I started showing muscle! So I've been trying to get into my person best shape by weight lifting and I absolutely LOVE IT!!

I love pushing myself! I love the results! And I love watching the progression with my own personal self!
