I have always been into sports, volleyball, tennis, surfing, etc. So working out was a part of my life but what truly got me started in the "bodybuilding world" was meeting my amazing husband, Layne.

My passion and motivation comes from knowing how much this sport has brought to Layne's life. Meeting and getting to know people in this sport along with their trials and tribulations is truly inspiring.
