I was always very active in sports growing up. All the way through high school I played fast pitch (pitcher, short stop), basketball (point guard), rec volleyball, and was also on the golf team. Always loved how I felt after pushing myself to exhaustion.
I was also in the military and loved every minute of boot camp. I love anything mentally and physically challenging. Two years ago I participated in Tough Mudder. It was the first one offered here in WI and I jumped on it. So glad they finally decided to come to us in the midwest!
6 yrs ago, I was 112 lbs and about 16% body fat. I was super fit and looked amazing. I had always wanted to compete in a figure competition and was hoping to do so. Then I went through a divorce and became a single mother of three incredibly active children (all involved in numerous sports). I no longer had the time that I used to, to dedicate to myself, my health, and my fitness. It seemed like if I actually got an hour or two to myself, I just wanted to sit and take a deep breathe....even though dishes and laundry and a thousand other things were calling my name. That's pretty much been my life for the last 6 yrs, and I've gained 45 lbs.
There's been a few times here and there that I tried to get back into a rountine but it would only last a month or so and then something else would come up and I'd have to shift my focus. I also just recently, in January, went back to college to finally finish up the last half of my degree so I'm a full-time student as well now.
I have ALWAYS been a big fan of Jaime Eason's. She's incredibly fit and has always remained super feminine and sexy. I just started her 12 wk LiveFit program on April 17th. I'm clearly not very far into it but already, it feels amazing to be working out again, breaking a sweat, and whining about sore muscles, lol. I am dedicated to this program and can't wait to see my results at the end of the 12 wks. Can't wait to have my hot body and self-confidence back!
