After witnessing several family and friends parents deal with health issues pertaining to high blood pressure, heart issues it prompted me to change things in my life. I started with my diet and became a vegetarian, I've been one for ten years. I then began jogging, which turned out to be something that I loved!!! I found myself perusing some magazines at a bookstore and was taken aback by the women that I saw on those covers. They weren't your standard waif-like thin models, but fit, four and six pack toting chicks! Admittedly I was envious, but I'm working towards a body like that!!
