Here I am now 7 years later and I've finally accomplished many of my dreams. When I got home from Denmark, I was back up to 220 ish and I managed to just drop it. No matter how hard I tried it wouldn't come off. In 2012 I met an old friend who had done a program called Medifast. By doing that program for 7 months I lost 46 lbs and learned how to eat MORE! Even though I ate reasonably healthy back in the day, I never ate ENOUGH!
I learned I also worked out far too hard considering the calorie deficit. No wonder I could never get it off'; I wasn't fueling my body.
Since then, I've moved back to Europe and I'm in Scotland. I'm maintaining the weight loss but would love to drop the last 15. :)
