I started jogging around the block/going for power-walks by my house, doing push-ups, planks, squats and other @ home workouts in my basement when i was 14.
I would ask tons of questions and read Oxygen mag and surf Bodybuilding.com to get tips on nutrition. The rest is history lol

I love having the ability to transform my body and others' bodies by creating new diets and training programs for myself/others.
I find working out is a real stress reliever for me and it also helps me boost my self-worth and confidence:)
