I couldn't get enough of the gym back in high school, but as time went by after graduation my weight started to slip. I wanted to get back into shape and strive to see where i could take my body. With my early attempts to start a workout plan i was aiming for looking better. The six pack, the huge chest, the crazy arms. With those goals came disappointment and without the gains quick i quickly lost motivation. Then in the Summer of 2013 i went on a deployment with the expectations of coming back and astonishing my family. Shortly into deployment my motivation started to dip. Then my friend asked me to help him workout. Asked if i could use my knowledge to help him change his health.
With this new responsibility of researching and coming up with ways to make sure it wasn't boring or ineffective my drive and motivation was reignited. I realized i need to put all the knowledge i have, to use on myself if i expect him to use it to. I have to set the example.
