Dancing and cheerleading have kept me extremely active most of my life. However, after graduating from high school and college, I came to the realization that I wanted to take fitness to a new level. Fitness models like Jamie Eason and Jenna Webb have inspired me to follow my dreams and become the person I aspire to be.I've never felt so dedicated and passionate about something--I may be a bit of a health nut :).

I love the dedicated lifestyle and watching my body transform. It's amazing what you can accomplish once you believe in yourself. Your body can do impressive things if you work for it.
