I hit my mid 30s, was feeling depressed and unhappy with my life. I had always dreamed of being a competitor but had no clue how to begin. Made the acquaintance of some great people who put me on the right path of working-out and nutrition.

I love bodybuilding because it is a challenge. It challenges me to work for it day in and day out and that transfers into my real life.
