After high school I began to get out of shape and gain weight. When I dislocated my shoulder 3 times in the span of a year during my 20s, I decided I needed to get stronger. I got started working out with body weight training with at home DVDs and then I started buying my own weights to build more muscle. I then fell in love with weight training.
