How I started, basically I felt like **** in the body I had I was around 13 stone quite fat lost most of it through puberty, but I joined the gym lost a stone, I was training with friends for a while at the start but then I had to change gyms because of college, also a friend wanted to start training so also changed gyms because of that, we trained together for around a month but now I'm on my own Tain on my own. Now I've gained muscle it's brilliant.
I love it because of the feeling of accomplishment you get, also I absolutely love the pump every singing person who weight trains loves the feeling you get in a pump if they say no the don't like it their lying, also you got to love the girls in the gym having a quick glance haha, that's another thing I've got so much more confidence out of weight training. To sum it up I love it and I doubt I'll stop...
