I was not happy with my fitness level and/or my energy levels at my age. I told myself I did not have to be 50 and fat, so I bought a home gym and started working out. At first every other day then progressed to everyday.

Because I can see the small changes that occur from working out regularly. It has only been seven or so months since I started, but my energy is up.
