Well to be honest I was a kid that was into drugs,fighting and having sex. I figured it was time to replace old habits with new and improved habits. Also in 2004 I blew my knee out and had to have surgery on it. That put me out for a few month but once I came back I knew I had to be consistent and work on perfect proportioning. I am always conscious with my form and mind muscle connection.

I love to challenge myself in every way that I possibly can. I love to push my body past its fight or flight reaction. There is never a better feeling then to push yourself way past your comfort zone and knowing wow I can improve more and more.
