Oh boy, well my introduction in life came in 1979 when I was 10 years old. A friend of mine at the time who was 16 years old. His father was Mr San Diego at the time. Dabbled all in the 80's, joined my first Gym ( Golds ) in 1987. Then in 1989 I went hardcore after seeing a picture of a guy named Eddie Robinson in a issue of Muscle and Fitness. I would come to love bodybuilding all because of that man. He was the person I saw and wanted to be like at 19 years old.
I love the resistant's of the weights. They push me and I push them back even harder. I love the sore worn out feelings after a great work out. A hot shower afterwards and the feeling the next morning of a nice pump. The feeling of people looking at you like wow, he's in great shape. It's a nice reward for the hard work put in. It's my lifestyle and I need it to be truly happy. For with out it, I'm not a happy guy to be around, lol.
