I have always done some type of workout but never took anything too serious. Then in 2006 I became a divorcee', my whole world was thrown into a tizzy. I initially began running (it was my saving grace) I was on that highly successful divorce diet, lost the weight but felt like crap most of the time unless I was running. I decided I needed a lifestyle change, body building has always been a part of my life, this time I would take it seriously.
I found crossfit, the transformation my body went through was amazing, so at 51 I was in much better shape than I was at 21. I loved the transformation my body was going through and love my muscles. I loved the high I was on from working out and seeing the results, I decided right then and there I would keep working out till my body said No Mas! While I love what crossfit has done for my strength and my body, the muscle gaines, I really like the way body building accentuates my muscles. I definitely made a change for the better, a lifestyle change.
