To make a long story short, it was over a breakup LOL. The gym was more of a time killer that i would use occasionally if i had nothing else to do. My friend took me under his wing but he really never educated me on the mechanics or purpose of working out other than being and tool and acting tough. I later fell into the aesthetic/self-improvement category and overtime it really grew on me and i loved it for something else. You see, when you invest your time into a hobby or an interest, you really don't know what you're in for until you love doing that same activity day in and day out. Once you love something, you develop a passion for the hobby and it manifests into much more than that. I saw bodybuilding as a tool for self improvement in which you can apply to anything in life and build robust discipline. Whether it be consistency in school, punctuality at work, or distributing your time and energies where they need be. Bodybuilding is a beautiful Art and i'm glad to have come across it because it has taught me to be humble and enjoy life one day at a time. #depocovamosllejos
