Been weight training, not bodybuilding, off and on since I was 16. Had an operation 7 years ago that slowed me down and went from 180 pounds to 218 pounds. Sat on my backside and ate my wife’s good food.
A shadow of my old self and this is what I find embarrassing. Saw a photo of myself with my baby daughter and thought if I look like this now what am I going to look like when my daughter is older and what is she going to think of me. I trained so hard when I was younger to fall apart when I got older. Never thought I would get old and flabby. So I am here to change that.

I like the feeling it gives me after a workout. Such a positive feeling. My wife also likes the way I feel :P
