I want to be a fit healthy mum and give my son the best start to life and a great role model to look up to. Feeling healthy, having more energy and looking great are are my goals. I have always been an unhealthy yo-yo dieter and it is time to focus on a healthy lifestyle and not just dieting for an event or because i have been on an eating binge.

I love the feeling you get after a great workout. The feeling of invincibility and total sexyness. You don't get the same high from anything! I also love my new healthy menu, who knew you could eat so well and still be healthy?!
