I got started in wheelchair bodybuilding back in 2009 after meeting a friend who happened to be a competitive wheelchair bodybuilder as well. After I started I fell in love with the sport and from there it became a lifestyle. Before bodybuilding I was an angry pissed off person who didnât care whether I lived or died. Bodybuilding became my therapy as a means to release all the anger I had built up inside me. Basically what Iâm trying is bodybuilding saved my life. I am currently working towards becoming a certified personal trainer and nutritionist to help people from all walks of life to show them that they too can make it and do anything they set their minds to if they want it bad enough. I am here to help if anyone needs me.
âBut it ain't about how hard you hit... It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward! That's how winning is done. Now, if you know what you're worth. Then, go out and get what you're worth. But, you gotta be willing to take the hit and not pointing fingers saying you're not where you wanna be because of him or her or anybody. Cowards do that and that's not you. You're better than that.â
