I was a skinny high school senior. About 5'8" and 130 pounds. I decided to start lifting and I LOVED it. People started noticing the changes within a few months. And a few years later I was up to 200 lbs.

It has become my definition. I'm known as "the big guy", and I love it. I feel strong, I feel powerful, I am a presence and I am proud of my hard work. I'm always looking for mentors in life, but I don't mind being one as well.
