Cliffs:
Was obese growing up yet very sporty (basketball, afl and athletics every weekend religously from 8-21)
At 21 began breakin down, eight knee operations to repair fracture patella then acl and mcl's torn clean off the bone from basketball over next 5 years.
At 26 shed 54kgs from 134 to 81 in 14 months
At 28 diagnosed with reactive arthritis & osteoarthritis, from head to toe. My skeleton lights up like a Xmas tree in scans.
At 31 became complacent, depressed and ended back at 106kgs and toneless.
At 34 just discovered this site and the amazing transformations. So here i am, committed and determined to change my life for the better and smash through my physical limitations.
At 35, Lost 30 kgs, 5 days a week in the gym working around my restrictions, gained a bit of muscle and have started to see the results I dreamt of post basketball.
Lean and Cut; failure is not an option.
The changes in my life last time i gave it my all were the best years of my life personal achievement wise.
Having moved around a lot in 4 years i'd not found a stable environment to get my act together and made too many excuses.
I'm at my best sharing motivation and feeding off the rush adrenaline provides me.
My new re-found dedication will not fail with the keys to success others have shared on this site.
I sincerely thank you all that I have chatted with in advance.
