February 2013 -- I have been exercising off and on since I was in Varsity Athletics in high school. Now, 10 years later, I have gained almost 30 pounds. Overall, I'm not too concerned about my weight, but I want a toned and strong body, and a lower body fat percentage.
January 2014 -- My 10 year anniversary is in June, and I am ready, willing, and working to look better than I did on my wedding day! Let's do this thing!
January 2015 -- Moved to Charlotte, NC, found a new gym, and ready to do this!
November 2015 -- (Now I realize that "toned" is a stupid word.) I am working on putting more muscle. My quads are super weak right now, but I am excited because I have been reading up on and practicing my squat form and now I can squat with no knee pain. I am eating about 1800 calories and trying to get more obvious muscle. Doing a hypertrophy program with my hubby.
