I have always been active and stocky, my fathers genes saw to that part! Primary School football (soccer) team really brought out my musculature, especially in my quads. School gym sessions were another part of the jigsaw, then High School, after school sports had a bigger influence and then I joined the Military right out of high school. Then it just carried on...and now I find myself doing what I love to do. Teaching fitness and nutrition, health and wellness and being as active as I possibly can.
The energy rush it gives me, the fact that I can push myself to get that last rep out. The sense that what I do will be for the better and hopefully motivate others to do the same.
To be part of a world wide community of like minded individuals who know that getting out there and doing what has to be done will enhance their own well being and longevity.
