Primarily weight training was a means to facilitate improved athletic performance. It wasn't until I met my strength coach (who later became the strength and conditioning coach for Auburn and Ole Miss) that I really began to invest and learn about training and improving my body.

I like looking good, of course...
But I really want to defy father time and be active, job, play and play hard with my children!
