I have always enjoyed being physical especially camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc. and after being told to drop out of a college Mountaineering course because I was too heavy, I went straight to the gym for the first time. I knew I just needed some help to get on track. Within four months, I lost FIFTY pounds and returned to that class to pass with flying colors! Thank you Caleb and Carolyn for being so helpful, knowledgeable, and motivating through my trials and successes! I knew following the path to fitness was my destiny! Now, after having a unforeseen stroke at only age 27, I am determined to get back to what I enjoy and love for myself and with others! Nothing will hold me back. Life is too short! Let's succeed together!
It is incredible how I feel throughout the day after working out in the morning, how easy I am able to sleep at night, how confident I feel getting my daily workouts in. Being a Personal Trainer is the only "job" I have ever had where I did NOT feel like I was working. I love challenging other people to help them strive toward their physical goals! There are so many incredibly motivated people out there that just need that little push and guidance in the right direction for them to take off!! Hard-working, dedicated people have the untapped power to accomplish everything they ever want in life!! I love meeting new people and maintaining these incredible friendships with so many incredibly driven people!
