I started working out off and on for a couple years but never really took it as serious as I do now. It was when I found myself over 200 Lbs. and not being able to fit in my jeans that got me thinking. So I approached some co-workers of mine one of which I was in the Marine Corps with that body build and asked what I had to do to get started. It was easy, find a workout plan and start eating right. So I started working out with them six days a week. I also have been motivated by my beautiful wife who has become quite the fitness expert and role model. She motivates me every single day to continue my bodybuilding goals. She has lost well over 100 Lbs. She also keeps me on track with my nutrition. She has been my inspiration on this journey and I can say I'm lucky to have her in my life. I look forward to continuing my fitness with her support.
The results are addicting. I love to workout because over time I have seen some impressive results that make me want more. Seeing these results have inspired me to continue working out but with the goal of Bodybuilding. Bodybuilding, Nutrition and being more active are now a lifestyle.
