I have been an athlete for as long as I can remember and was blessed to get to play volleyball through college, which required me to hit the gym frequently over the years! Post college I have tried different workouts/gyms/programs to stay interested and challenged.

I love working out because it makes all the other areas of my life better!! It's all connected, and feel at my best when working out! :)
