long ago when I was in grade ten, then I went working in the roofing industry with my dad for a while and moved on to working for other roofing companies.
I never really had to work out because of the physical demands of the job. In fact I started inventing ways to work out during the job because my body was used to what I would put it through during the course of a typical day. :)
I had a concussion about 9 years ago and have not been able to hold down a full time work for a long time because of mental complications. I am now in a place where I am able to go a few months with out experiencing complications and want to get my toned shape back instead of being round shaped. :) So I am getting back into the work out routine now. It's feeling pretty good so far.
the feeling of the muscles being used after the workout. The look of my body after a workout, and its a natural mood enhancer for me.I also manage anxiety with working out mixed with some symptoms of my TBI.
