I started lifting weights when I was about 15. I had always played basketball but wanted to gain strength and size. After my dad got me my first weight set, that was it, I was hooked.

I love to challenge my body and my mind by pushing through my pain thresh holds and previous records. Working out distresses me, and when I am in the gym it is all that is on my mind.
