I have competed in sports since I was young, and always had an interest in fitness. My mother is a physical therapist who has been involved with fitness for over 20 years. My step dad is a former body builder as well. After high school, like many, I fell off my work out routine. I got very busy wtih school, my little guy, and began to neglect myself. It was last summer that I really decided Ive got to do this or I will regret it. I am fortunate enough to have a great knowledge base due to growing up in a health focused enviornment that I took initiative on my own. With the help of talking to my mom ive developed my meal plan and work out plan for the next 4 weeks and I am going to track my progress and see how my body responds. I plan on making adjustments as needed and I am really excited to finally compete in the near future.
