I started weight training in high school to get stronger/bigger for wrestling and of course to garner some positive attention.

I have always been a pretty physically active individual and I have admired the physiques of gymnasts and other specific athletes for as long as I can remember. There certainly are some days where I enjoy working out more than other days. It always takes effort, and anyone that tells you otherwise is lying.

These days, I like the idea of "turning back the clock" by continuing to improve my physical appearance and conditioning in spite of getting older. :)
