I got started bodybuilding/Working out in January of 2007. I had just graduated college where i had previously played ice hockey for 4 years. During my time there ice hockey wasnt my only extracurricular activity i also enjoyed beer pong, power hour and other various drinking games that put a drain both on my wallet and on my health.I graduated college weighing in at an awful 137 pounds. One day the light switch turned on and i decided to better myself both pysically and mentally. I decided i was going to leave behind the scrawny punk party guy i was and make a drastic change in my life. Now 4 years later after having added 27 lbs of lean muscle mass to my frame i look to continue to to set goals for myself so that each year i could become a better person for myself as well as for others. I look to share my motivation and enthusiasm for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle with anyone willing to make a change in their life. As Rocky Balboa said at the end of Rocky 4 : " If i can change, and you can change, everybody can change!"......Be the change you want to see in the world...good luck all!
