I have always been athletic . Organized sports was never my thing but competing in gymnastics track was a big deal for me as I was growing up.
When I began using weights I was hooked , I read everything I could get my hands on and hired a diet coach.
I struggled with an eating disorder from the age of 11 years old. I had to face this behaviour and tackle it. The most efficient way I was able to stop this behaviour was to hire a registered professional diet coach. I have been working with one specifically for the past 2 years and before that I used a body building coach,
I have also hired trainers to help me learn different methods of training that were effective for my body and lagging body parts. I have competed in both woman's physique and female bodybuilding . I love the lifestyle and I love to encourage everyone to do what they can to be active and to use body building to build not just muscles but happiness and a good character.
