I was overweight in middle school. In 6th grade, I was 120 pounds at 5'6 and by the end of middle school I was 180 pounds. But in high school things started to change, I wanted to change. I decided to lose weight. For the first couple of months I was doing everything wrong, I ate less but barely lost any weight or body fat. It wasn't until the end of my sophomore year I began to see drastic changes with the help of a friend who was a personal trainer. I kept going until I started noticing great changes, dropping from a 180 lb kid with 20% body fat to a 140 twig with a little over 10% body fat. Once I lost my body fat, I decided to do something about how I looked. I always wanted to be the person that stood out over others in some way, and I figured this was the way to do it. Ever since then, i'm loving every bit of bodybuilding, and I always strive to achieve 150% in the gym, improving every week until I reach an aesthetic body that will be turning heads.
