I was tired of being so skinny (just over 6 foot and at 155lbs) so I decided to do something about it. I bought a bench at home and started a solid bench and curls routine.
Progressed to a real gym from there.

I love the feeling of being able to push your body to its limit and come back stronger. I love the feel of heavy iron on your back when your squating and the smell of chalk in the air from deadlifting.
